Project Description

Tucson is known for natural beauty, wild west history, but it also the state is also known for having poor drivers. This is usually spun around as a joke when the statistics are mentioned, but it does have a human cost. One of the city council member’s got hit by a car while he road his bicycle.

Annually, families who lost loved ones to car accident come together and honor them. There’s also talk of what laws need to be passed to improve the safety.
